What are your shipping policies? 
If you added Guide Shipping Protection to your order and now are experiencing issues, please go to http://www.guidepro.io to file a claim. Once submitted a Guide representative will begin processing your claim and follow up with you via email.
 
Shipping Cost & Delivery Schedules: 
 
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 15 business days* to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. B Ayesha Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are shown as delivered. Please get with the shipping entity to recoup your loss. 

**Estimated number of business days it takes until you will receive your order after placing it on the website. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays.
 
In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.
Due to the significant increase in fuel surcharges, some shipments may be subject to additional freight charges or may not qualify for our free shipping offer. A customer service representative will contact you regarding additional shipping and handling charges for authorization.

How is sales tax calculated for my order?
It is very important that your order is processed correctly. We are required to collect tax on all sales made within the state of Florida . Please note that onscreen total reflect estimated tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable state and local taxes calculated at the time your order is shipped. Orders Undeliverable 
Should your order be returned to us undelivered, unclaimed or refused without prior approval you have two options:
 
We can re-ship the order to you for an additional charge for the shipping and handling.
You can cancel your order and we will credit your credit card minus the shipping and handling charges and a 50% re-stocking fee.
